摘    要:应用组织培养快繁技术,对绣球绣线菊培养基和移栽过程进行研究。筛选出适宜于绣球绣线菊各时期培养的培养基配方;初代培养基配方为:MS+6-BA1.0~1.5 mg/L,继代培养基配方为:MS+6-BA1.0~1.5 mg/L+NAA0.05 mg/L,生根培养基以1/2MS+IBA0.5 mg/L或1/2MS+NAA0.5 mg/L或1/2MS+IBA0.5 mg/L+NAA0.5 mg/L的效果最好。选用珍珠岩∶蛭石∶草炭土(腐殖土)为1∶1∶0.5或砂子∶草炭土(腐殖土)为1∶1的移栽基质,移栽效果都比较好,移栽成活率达80%以上。

An Experimental Study on Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Liupan Mountain Wild Flower Bush Spiraea Blumei

Abstract:The culture medium and transplanting process of spiraea blumei were studied by using tissue culture and rapid propagation technology. The culture medium formulas suitable for all periods of spiraea blumei were screened out. The initial medium formulation is MS+6-BA1.0-1.5 mg/L,the subculture medium formula is MS+6-BA1.0- 1.5 mg/L+NAA0.05 mg/L, and the most effectual rooting medium is 1/2MS+IBA0.5 mg/L or 1/2MS+NAA0.5 mg/L or 1/2MS+IBA0.5 mg/L+NAA0.5 mg/L. The selected transplanting matrix with the proportion of perlite: vermiculite : tufty soil (humus) equating to 1 : 1 : 0.5 or the ratio of sand: tufty soil (humus) equating to 1 : 1 has a good transplanting effect and the transplanting survival rate was up to over 80%.
