绵羊毛囊的分离培养及生物学特性研究

摘    要:采用Philpott方法分离毛囊并培养于无血清培养液和常规培养液。毛囊在2种培养液中的生长速度分别为0.181 mm/d和0.143 mm/d(3 d),差异不显著。在无血清培养液中,毛囊形态较常规培养液不规则,但生长速度与体内接近;而常规培养液中的转化生长因子(TGF-β)等生长因子对毛囊生长有抑制作用。

Abstract:We separated the hair follicle successfully with philpott method.cultivating with RPMI-1640 without serum and common RPMI-1640,the results showed the rates of them are 0.143mm/d and 0.1805mm/d each.The difference is not significant(P>0.05).The morphology was abnormal in former against the later.Perhaps it deficited some materials like insulike.ect.TGF-β ect.in serum inhabited hair follicle growth.
