| 摘 要： | 高校后勤社会化改革，确立了后勤实体企业化的运行机制。高校后勤封闭的体系仍未打破，社会资金和人才难以进入后勤产业。改革后勤产权制度，确立后勤实体的企业法人地位。建立企业法人治理结构是高校后勤社会化改革的基本途径。

| Abstract: | The operation mechanism of corporation has been established in universities in the logistics socialization reform. However, the landlocked rear services in universities have not been broken up, and social financial and human resources can hardly be allotted to the logistics industry. The fundamental ways of logistics socialization reform in universities are to reform the property relations, to establish the legal status of the logistics services as a legal emily and to create a management structure of legal person control. |
