GRCT组合干燥工艺的研究

摘    要:通过高温热泵除湿与太阳能(GRCT)组合干燥的大量工艺试验,总结出了GRCT组合干燥系统的工艺特点,确定了GRCT组合干燥部分常规树种木材的干燥基准。结果表明,GRCT组合干燥系统是一种节能效果明显、干燥质量优良的木材干燥方法,更适合干燥较硬的木材。

Abstract:The performance and technologies of high-temperature heat pump dehumidification assisted with solar drying (GRCT drying system) of lumber were experimentally studied. The results indicated that this combination drying system showed an advantage in saving energy and was also more suitable for hard wood drying. Drying schedules of the GRCT system for some common commercial wood species, such as Larch (Larix spp.), Poplar (Populus spp.), Oak (Quercus spp.), Manchurian Ash (Fraxinus mandshurica) and Linden (Tilia spp.) are provided.
