摘    要:介绍了加碘盐中碘含量测定的新的光谱分析法,其原理是:借助于盐酸介质,在溴化钾催化下,碘酸根氧化邻氯酚红使其褪色,褪色前后的吸光度之差△A与碘含量成正比。试验结果表明:邻氯酚红在波长505nm处有强吸收,碘含量在0~60μg/rIll范围内呈线性关系,方法的相对标准偏差〈0.82%,回收率为101.4%~102.5%。

Abstract:A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of iodine content in salt was developed, based on the reaction of iodate with chlorophenol red in HCl medium.There is a strong absorption of chlorophenol red at 505 nm .There is a linear correlation in the f iodine content range of 0-60 μg/ml.The relative standard deviation is less 0.82% and the recovery is 101.4%-102.5%.
