摘    要:依据燃料燃烧与设计理论,遵循柴油机压燃着火燃料的使用性能,研究并合成出一种新型柴油含氧燃料添加剂乙酸-2-乙氧基乙酯。通过采用单缸、四冲程、水冷直喷式柴油机,在外特性下,对0#柴油掺加不同体积比乙酸-2-乙氧基乙酯在不同转速工况的废气排放进行了研究。结果发现,CO和碳烟排放均大幅下降,而NOx排放不发生显著变化,低转速工况下掺加15%对HC排放有所下降,而高转速情况下则有所上升,动力性有所下降,油耗增大。在柴油掺加乙酸-2-乙氧基乙酯后粘度下降、闪点下降、烟点升高,铜片腐蚀实验结果不因加入合成产物而发生变化,表明合成产物对柴油燃料腐蚀性不产生影响。

Abstract:A new oxygenated fuel,the 2-ethoxyethyl acetate,was designed according to the fuel design theory and the(special) burning performance of diesel engine.It can be used as an oxygenated additive in diesel too.A diesel engine of single cylinder,(4-stroke),water-cooled and direct-injection was adopted to accomplish the determination about the exhaust emissions((including) HC,CO,NO_x and smoke),the power output and the fuel economy under full load conditions when adding different volume of 2-ethoxyethyl acetate to 0~# diesel.The result indicated that the CO and smoke emission descended tremendously,the NO_x emission had no remarkable change.The HC emission declined under low speed and ascended under high speed when adding 15% 2-ethoxyethyl acetate with power output decreasing and fuel consume increasing.As to the physical and chemical characters of mixed fuel,its viscous degree and flash point declined,the smoke point increased when added with(2-ethoxy) ethyl acetate.The sheet copper corrupting test had no evident change,it suggested that the compound couldn't bring any bad influence on causticity of diesel fuel.
