电动助力转向扭杆刚度及可靠性分析

摘    要:推导了扭杆有效长度、刚度、可靠性的计算公式;对所设计扭杆的刚度、可靠性进行了分析计算,得出该项目所设计的扭杆在工作过程中稳定可靠,满足其在电动助力转向系统中的使用要求。本文对扭杆在实际应用中的刚度、可靠性问题提出了理论依据,为设计扭杆提供了参考,具有一定的工程应用价值。

Abstract:This paper Deduced effective length,stiffness and reliability formula of designed torsion bar;analyzed and calculated its stiffness and reliability,the torsion bar is stable and reliable during the work process,it satisfies the application requirement inside electric power assisted steering.Torsion bar is commonly used in the torque sensor,it is also one of the key components in the electric power steering system,Performances of its stiffness and reliability decide on the security of steering system.It presents the theoretical basis for the torsion bar in practical application,offers the reference for the design of torsion bar and has the certain application value for project.
