我国茶叶卫生质量的现状与茶叶质量安全控制

摘    要:对我国茶叶卫生质量:农残含量、重金属和有害微生物及非茶异物(包括磁性物等)的现状和影响因素进行了分析,提出了茶叶质量安全控制措施:优化茶园生态环境;科学合理施用肥料;茶园病虫害实行综合治理,积极采用生物防治措施,减少使用化学农药;减少茶叶加工中的污染;

Abstract:The present situation of tea sanitation quality in China including pesticide-remain,heavy metal,foreign matter(not tea),and the factors to influent them were analyzed.According the analysis,several safety measures to control tea quality were put forward: improve the ecology environment of tea garden,apply fertilizer rationally,practice the comprehensive way to harness plant diseases and insect pests,carry out active biological prevention and cure,increase the quantity of chemical-pesticide and the pollution during making tea.
