汉中市元胡种子提纯复壮试验研究

摘    要:元胡在汉中通过自留种的方式已种植了50多 a,种质资源退化较为严重,需要对元胡提纯复壮。本试验采用了不同海拔处理后的元胡为材料,开展了植物学、抗病性、品质试验分析。试验表明:经过不同海拔处理后的元胡种子出苗期没有变化,高海拔处理后的株高及郁闭度要高,病害发生较轻,倒苗期较晚,元胡乙素含量较高。建议在北部高山区建立种子资源提纯复壮基地,盆地低海拔地区建立商品化生产基地,配合水旱轮作措施实现种质资源的持续利用和发展。

Abstract:Corydalis yanhusuo has been cultivated in Hanzhong for more than 50 years through self-planting, and the germplasm resources are seriously degraded. Therefore, it is necessary to purify and rejuvenate Corydalis yanhusuo. In this experiment, plants from different altitudes were used as materials to conduct experiments in botany, disease resistance, and quality analysis. The results showed that there was no change in the seed emergence stage, but seeds treated at higher altitudes exhibited greater height, canopy density, lower disease incidence, delayed seedling stage, and higher tetrahydropalmatine content. It is suggested that a seed resource purification and rejuvenation base should be established in the northern high mountain area, while a commercial production base should be set up in the low elevation area of the basin.
