| 摘 要： | 用外周血淋巴细胞短期培养法对反复流产乳牛和正常对照乳牛进行染色体常规和 G、C 显带分析。结果发现,反复流产乳牛有罗伯逊易位和性染色体嵌合体两种明显的染色体畸变。此外,来自环境污染严重和较轻地方的牛群以及流产和正常对照牛群,其非系统性染色体异常的出现有显著差异(P<0.05)。

| Abstract: | Cytogenetic analyses using conventional and G,C-banding chromosome techniqueswere performed on blood samples from cows with repetitive spontaneous abortions and nor-mal cows.Robertsonian translocations and X-chromosome mosaicism were found in theaborters.Chromosomal nonsystematic anomalies between aborters and normal cows,be-tween cows under heavy polluted environment and cows from the area polluted slightlyshowed a remarkable difference(P<0.05). |
