| Abstract: | The concept of leaf specific weight in tobacco was explained.The status of tobacco leaf specific weight in the main tobacco-growing areas of China was introduced.The effects of cultivation and curing measures on tobacco leaf specific weight were reviewed.The relationship of tobacco leaf specific weight with physical characteristics,appearance quality,chemical components and smoking quality was also summarized. |
