红王子锦带的嫩枝扦插繁育研究

摘    要:利用快速生根粉、吲哚乙酸、G G R 3种生根剂对红王子锦带插穗进行处理,结果表明,以G G R的100 m g/L溶液进行60 m in生根处理的红王子锦带生根率最高,达92%。嫩枝扦插的繁殖方式可节约成本,缩短生长时间,达到较高的经济效益。

Abstract:The catting of Weigela florida'Red Prince' were processed by three rooting agents,such as rapid ABT,indole acetic acid and GGR.The results showed that the highest bearics root rate reach to 92%,which was processed with 100 mg/L GGR for 60 min.Choosing green branch cutting can save the cost,shorten the time of producing and achieve more economic benefit.
