摘    要:以轮枝菌属中的重要植物病原性轮枝菌及其近似种共13种35个菌株为材料,探讨ITS片段作为轮枝菌DNA条形码的可行性。结果表明,ITS 成功区分了研究涉及的10个种,其 PCR 扩增和测序成功率为97.1%,序列鉴定成功率为94.5%,但对个别亲缘关系较近种的物种鉴别能力较弱。

Abstract:In this study, the ITS fragment was tested with 35 strains of 13 species of the Verticillium spp. to investigate its feasibility as a DNA barcode. The results revealed that ITS showed appropriate intra and inter specific variations, and could distinguish the investigated 10 species of the genus. It was easy for PCR amplification and sequencing. The correct identification rate is 94.5% for the sequences tested. However, the inter specific differences of ITS in some closely related isolates were more than the intra specific differences.
