Analysis on the present situation of freshmen's physical quality in 2009 in Agricultural University of Hebei

This article analyzes the physical test results on freshmen in 2009 in Agricultural University of Hebei,to find that their total scores are not high and those whose scores are good and above are only 27.89%,and meanwhile each of their physical quality index is out of balance.It can be inferred that their physical health status is severe.In order to solve this problem it’s proposed we should publicize the function and significance of persisting in taking exercise in all kinds of ways and we should pay more attention to helping students develop lifelong sports consciousness in PE class,and raise fitness theory to its corresponding status,so that students may take exercises actively as well as mastering necessary scientific sports theories.Combining "1 + 1" teaching method and extracurricular counseling together,we should provide necessary guidance to them timely while the students are taking physical exercise.
