Association,influence and present situation of food-borne pathogens in animals

Animals that produce human protein foods are major hosts for many foodborne pathogens,such as campylobacter,enterobacteriaceae,escherichia coli,and listeria monocytogenes.This paper reviews the relationship between animals and foodborne pathogens such as salmonella,campylobacter,shigella toxin-producing escherichia coli and monocytogenes,and their effects and status.These pathogens will continue to cause widespread outbreaks and animal deaths as there is currently no effective intervention to eliminate them from animals and food.
