摘    要:用两种感染方法,以3龄小菜蛾作供试虫,美国标准品HD—1—1980作对照的生物测定法,对H_3和H_5两菌株粉剂的毒力效价进行了比较测定,提出了检定该类制剂毒力适用和可靠的方法及其测定程序。

Abstract:Based on the study of bioassay of measuring the potency of the preparation from 2 strains of Bacillus thuringiensis, HD-1 and 81-6, standard HD-1 -S-1980 from United States, used for reference standard, with 2 kinds of infective feed, and the healthy 3th instar of Plutella maculipenis used as the test insect,the method and order of the bioassay were raised in detail to measure the quality of B. thuringiensis preparations.
