摘    要:仿生海洋食品,是以海洋资源加工副产物为主要原料,利用食品加工技术,模仿天然海洋食品的形状、质地及风味加工而成的一种新型食品。本文就仿生海洋食品的原料选择、加工技术及其质量安全性作一简单介绍。

Abstract:The bionic sea food is a new kind of food that processed by new food processing technology imitating the shape,texture and flavor of real sea food with the by-products from sea resources processing.The materials,processing technology and the quality and safety of bionic sea food were simply introduced in this article.
