| 摘 要： | 在城市开发走向综合和多功能混合开发背景下,大城市CBD地区呈现出明显的产城融合特征。作者以CBD地区用地和建筑功能转变为研究对象,分别从用地性质、商务强度特征以及建筑垂直混合开发三个角度展开定量分析。提出CBD地区用地类型混合、总体商务强度下降、建筑底层非商趋势明显是CBD产城融合发展的典型特征。

| Abstract: | Since mixed-use development became a new city trend,city-industry integration has been a feature of CBD development.This paper focused on the land use and the transformation of building function in CBD area and quantitatively analyzed in three contexts:land usage,business development intensity and vertical mixed-use development.The paper summarized that there were three typical characteristics of city-industry integration of CBD:more mix land usage,lower business development intensity and the tendency of non-business development at bottom storey. |
