16个草莓品种品系果实品质的多元分析与评价

摘    要:为筛选出综合果实品质优良的草莓品种,丰富草莓栽培、育种、加工及利用依据,以山西省内16个草莓品种品系为试材,测定其外观性状、营养物质及酚类物质含量等果实品质因子,并采用相关性分析、主成分分析以及主成分综合评分法进行比较和评价。研究表明,主成分分析可将草莓果实的9个品质因子简化为酚类构成因子、外观品质构成因子和营养构成因子3个类型的因子,其可反映81.0141%的原始数据信息量;16个草莓品种品系中,‘枥乙女’、‘章姬’和‘06-2-8’综合品质最佳,而‘温塔娜’、‘甜查理’和’05-1-5’综合品质最差,直观分析无法全面地对多个草莓品种品系的果实品质进行比较,说明草莓果实品质分析有必要运用科学的数学方法,减少主观片面性。

Abstract:To screen out strawberry varieties with high comprehensive quality of fruit, and enrich the theoretical basis for strawberry cultivation, breeding, processing and utilization, 16 strawberry varieties and strains cultivated in Shanxi Province were collected as test materials to determine the fruit quality factors of appearance characters, nutrients and phenolic, and the comparison and evaluation were conducted with correlation analysis, principal component analysis and comprehensive scoring method of principal component. By principal component analysis, 9 quality factors of strawberry fruit was simplified to 3 types of principal components which could be named as phenol factor, appearance quality factor and nutritional factor respectively, and could reflect 81.0141% of the original data information. Among the 16 strawberry varieties and strains,'Tochiotome','Akihime' and '06-2-8' had high comprehensive quality of fruit while'Tochiotome','Sweet Charlie'and'05-1-5'had the opposite. Due to the differences between the results showed by mathematical analysis and intuitive analysis, it is necessary to use mathematical analysis to reduce subjectivity and unilateralism in fruit quality analysis of strawberry.
