摘    要:利用人工接种技术,对19个玉米骨干自交系抗5种主要病害进行鉴定研究。鉴定结果表明,19份材料中高抗弯孢菌叶斑病4份,抗纹枯病1份,高抗茎腐病12份,抗瘤黑粉病8份,高抗丝黑穗病3份。

Abstract:Nineteen corn inbred were inoculated respectively with Curvularia lunata, Rhizoctonia solani, Ustilago maydis, Sporisorium reilianum, Fusarium graminearum and Fusarium moniliforme. The results showed that among them 4 inbred lines were highly resistant curvularia leaf, 1 inbred line was highly resistant sheath blight, 12 inbred lines were highly resistant stalk rot, 8 inbred lines were highly resistant smut, 3 inbred lines were highly resistant head smut.
