| 摘 要： | 信息咨询人才作为信息咨询业的关键因素,其素质的高低直接决定了信息咨询业的水平.本文首先对照信息咨询对从业人员的要求,分析指出了我国信息咨询人力资源的不足,然后通过分析美国、德国、日本等咨询业发达国家的咨询人才培养模式,对我国信息咨询人才培养提出建议,以期为我国信患咨询业人才培养模式的完善提供帮助.

| Abstract: | As a key factor,talent's quality of consultation determines the quality of the information consultative industry.Contrasting with the industry requirements,some defects of consultative talent in China were pointed out.Via analyzing the talent-training models of USA,Germany and Japan,some suggestions for Chinese talent-training model were gaven.In summary,the author hope that can provide some help in the improvement of Chinese talent-training model. |
