| 摘 要： | 随着科技的发展,人类在为自己生产出越来越多生活资料的同时,产生有害物质的数量和种类也大幅度增加,对环境的污染日益严重。基因工程技术是在DNA分子水平上按照人们的意愿进行的定向改造生物的新技术。利用基因工程技术提高微生物净化环境的能力是用于环境治理的一项关键技术。本文简要介绍基因工程的原理、步骤与内容,概述其在环境保护中的应用,以期能对同类研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | The gene engineering technique was the new technique for modifying living beings according to human wishes on the DNA molecular level and the key technique for environmental management by improving the purifying environment ability of microbes.The paper introduced the principle,step and content of gene engineering,and reviewed the application of gene engineering technique to environment protection. |
