梨小食心虫人工饲养技术研究

摘    要:为发展一个利用人工饲料在实验室条件下进行规模化、标准化饲养梨小食心虫的技术,在T=24±l℃,RH=(60±10)%,L∶D=16∶8 h的人工气候箱中,分别用人工饲料和苹果饲养梨小食心虫,对梨小食心虫的生命参数、饲养方法和条件进行研究.结果表明,用以玉米粉、小麦胚芽粉、啤酒酵母为主要原料,配以琼脂、抗坏血酸、苯甲酸、...

Abstract:To develop a rearing technique under laboratory condition for Oriental fruit moth(OFM),Grapholita molesta(Busck),OFM were reared in artificial climate chambers under the condition of T=24±l ℃ RH=(60±10)% and L∶D=16∶8 h,and artificial diet and apple were administered to OFM.And the life parameters,rearing method and condition for OFM were investigated.The results showed that the medium was composed of corn flour,wheat germ powder,yeast,agar,ascorbic acid,benzoic acid,methylparaben,formaldehyde and water,which could satisfactorily support the normal growth of OFM.The period of different growth stage,larval survival,egg hatching rate,pupation rate,pupal weight,eclosion rate and sex ratio of the OFM reared with the artificial diet are close to or better than that of the OFM reared with apple,furthermore,it's simpler and cheaper.The population of continuous five generation OFM raised with the artificial diet does not appear recession,but it declines in the OFM raised with apple.
