液相色谱串联质谱法同时测定鸡肉或鸡蛋中常见抗球虫类药物残留

抗球虫药是一类重要的兽药,本文研究并建立了能一次性同时检测鸡肉与鸡蛋中临床上常用抗球虫药的液相色谱串联质谱法。样品用乙腈沉淀蛋白,再用固相萃取柱净化后进样测定。流动相采用从极性到非极性渐变的梯度洗脱方法,质谱采用ESI正离子和负离子2种模式,每样品分别进样进行2次测定,MRM扫描检测,从而实现了样品中各种药物残留较好的分离与定量。测定方法的重复性良好,回收率基本在80%～120%之间。检出限和定量限均远低于各种药物的残留限量。能同时进行19种抗球虫药残留的测定。
