| 摘 要： | 以大城市郊区的郫县为例,通过实地调查研究,分析了郫县土地开发整理现状,以及在2002～2015年规划期间土地开发整理与耕地总量动态平衡的关系,提出实施土地开发整理,确保耕地总量动态平衡的对策和措施。

| Abstract: | The paper chooses Pixian county which is the megalopolis of Chengdu city as an example, analyses the status of land development and arrangement in Pixian county, and relation between land development and arrangement and farmland gross homeostasis during planning form 2002 to 2015, puts forward countermeasures of carrying out land development and arrangement to ensure farmland gross homeostasis. |
