超薄木片切削机刀具的优化设计

摘    要:依据木材切削的基本知识及有限元分析方法设计刀具,首先利用ANSYS对刀具进行建模,然后对刀具进行模拟加载和结果分析,从而确定刀具前角可取57°~62°,后角可取8°~13°,最后通过超薄木片切削机实际加工加以验证.最终结果证明所采用的刀具设计方法可行,木片切削质量和效率能满足加工要求.

Abstract:In this paper,cutting tool is designed based on the basic knowledge of timber cutting and the finite element analysis.Firstly,the model of cutting tool is built,and then the force is loaded and simulated with ANSYS software.Furthermore,the simulated results of the desirable tool rake angle(57°-62°) and tool clearance(8°-13°) are obtained.Lastly,the feasibility of this design method is proved by the actual production process on a thin wood cutting machine,and the quality and efficiency of wood cutting for ultra-thin wood can meet the requirement of processing.
