| 摘 要： | 信息经纪是人类信息传播发展及市场行为下信息不对称的必然产物，信息经纪商是在社会信息流通中起着重要作用的一类经济组织。通过对信息中介商产生的制度经济学分析，说明互联网在降低交易成本的同时不会使信息中介商消失，而将使信息经纪商重新构建产业模式和经营战略。

The intermediary trader of information is a kind of economic organization playing an important role in social information flow. Through analyse to information intermediary system economics that trader produce ,prove lnternet can make trad- er, intermediary of message , disappear while reducing the transaction cost this text. Will make the intermediary trader of information build and construct industry＇s mode and management strategy again. |
