| 摘 要： | 对高产和低产奶牛(305天泌乳期的产乳量分别为6000公斤以上和4000公斤以下)的几项血液生化指标进行比较研究,结果表明:高产奶牛在血清总蛋白、球蛋白、血糖,谷草转氨酶活性值等方面,显著高于低产奶牛(p<0.005),而血清钙、磷、甘油三酯的含量及谷丙转氨酶活性值等,则低于低产奶牛,但差异不显著(p>0.005)。

| Abstract: | Several blood biochemical indices of the high-yielding and low-yielding cows was compared.They represented cows with milk crop at lactation of 305 days of above 6000kg and beleow 4000kg respectively.The experiment indicated that the high-yielding cows were significantly higher than the low-yielding cows(p>0.005)for the total serum protein,serum globin,blood sugar and glutamic-oxalacetic transaminasejbut the low-yielding cows were higher than the high-yielding cows for the blood calcium,blood phosphorus,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and triglyceride,but the difference was not statistically significant.lt is considered that the content of total serum protein,serum globin and blood sugar is correlated with the milkability,so in order to increase the milk yield,it is important to maintain them at the optimum content within the cows blood. |
