摘    要:羟基羟甲基吡喃酮(Microthecin)是以糖原和淀粉作为前体的某些菌类和红藻的次生代谢产物。研究了不同浓度的Microthecin浸种、土壤施用及叶面喷施对黄瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:适当浓度的Microthecin处理明显提高了黄瓜幼苗的干重和鲜重、叶绿素含量、根系活力、光合速率、还原性糖和蛋白质的含量。其中以浓度为100 mg/L的Microthecin浸种或叶面喷施和1000 mg/L土壤施用促进作用最显著。

Abstract:Microthecin is a secondary metabolite with glycogen and starch as precursor found in certain fungi and marine red seaweeds.Its effects on cucumber seed germination and seedling growth were studied with the treatments of seed soaking,soil application and leaf spraying at different concentrations.The results showed that Microthecin in proper concentration increased plant fresh and dry weights,chlorophyll contents,root vigor,photosynthesis and contents of sugar and protein.Microthecin showed the best effects in soaking or spraying treatments at a concentration of 100 mg/L and soil treatments at a concentration of 1 000 mg/L.
