| Abstract: | It is indicated that metacognition plays a very prominent role in cognitive activities in regard to using language.Based on the metacognitive theories,this thesis analyzes the metacognitive problems in the English study of the higher vocational college students,and it gives some proposals on how to cultivate metacognitive abilities in higher vocational English teaching. |
