抗黄曲霉花生品系选育与筛选试验研究

摘    要:用抗黄曲霉花生品种为父本,杂交育成了5个花生新品系。以5个花生新品系为材料,进行室内黄曲霉菌接种和田间区域试验鉴定,结果表明,5个花生新品系均表现出对黄曲霉菌具有较强的抗侵染能力,田间区域试验产量也较高。通过试验,筛选出了9843—26—2和9817—36—2两个综合性状表现较好的抗黄曲霉花生新品系。

Abstract:A groundnut variety with resistance to Aspergillus flavus was used as the male parent to breed 5 new groundnut varieties. Aspergillus flavus inoculation and field regional trail were conducted on the basis of these 5 new groundnut varieties. The results indicated that the 5 new groundnut varieties had stronger resistance to Aspergillus flavus,and high yield in the field regional trail.Two new groundnut varieties 9843-26-2 and 9817-36-2 were screened out based on the trail.
