摘    要:本研究选择大豆鼓粒期长度(SFP)不同的4个亲本配制8个组合,估测其F_1和F_2的6种SFP值。结果表明:同一组合不同SFP分级和同一分级不同组合的SFP杂种优势存在差异,F_1SFP的中亲优势率平均值为97.5%—99.5%。SFP遗传属于数量性状遗传,无母体效应存在,具有较广泛的遗传变异,F_2广义遗传力高于产量遗传力,可以作为育种后代选择指标,但在早期世代不宜采用。确定R_3—R_6为SFP时期,应用于高产育种的后代选择。

Abstract:Six kinds of seed filling period(SFP) length of eight crosses were estimated and their genetics were studied.The heterosis of SFP were different among crosses and various SFP length.The mean value of heterosis index of SFP length in F1 were 97.5% to 99.5%.The length of SFP quantitatively inherited without matriarchal effect.There were wide-range genetic variations in F2 generation and Hb2 of SFP in F2 were larger than that of seed yield.The SFP length could be regarded as target for soybean breeding,but it would not be easy to use in early generations.The length of R8-R6 period would be more suitable for selection in soybean breeding.
