| 摘 要： | 水库工程是流域防洪安全保护系统和水资源开发利用系统的重要组成部分。尽管国家加大了对小型水库除险加固的投资力度,使水库的安全状况有了一定改善,但中小型水库的病险率仍偏高。分析中小型水库病险率高的原因,提出改进措施,为中小型水库除险加固及搞好当地防洪体系建设提供参考。
