| 摘 要： | 研究了一种用直流无刷电动机驱动的直联式空压机,借鉴直接转矩控制的思想,根据直联式空压机负载的特点,提出了一种基于单片机的脉宽调制(PWM)变占空比控制方法.根据空压机负载,将控制周期中的每一拍设置成不同的占空比.给出了基于Simulink的仿真计算,仿真结果表明,这种控制方法简单可行,直联式空压机转速波动较小,且有较好的稳定性和抗干扰能力.试验结果表明,PWM变占空比控制能达到节约成本,提高效率,减小转速波动的效果. |
