马铃薯晚疫病菌寄生适合度测定方法的研究

摘    要:田间试验用 4种方法测定马铃薯晚疫病菌的寄生适合度 ,结果表明 :病害发展曲线下面积法和百分率r值法易于操作且结果合理 ,适用于此病原物。从菌种看 ,C5和C19的致病性普遍高于C6;从品种看 ,坝薯 10号和一墩青较抗病 ,无花和坝薯 9号次之 ,费乌瑞它最感病。最后对马铃薯晚疫病菌寄生适合度测定中的有关问题进行了探讨。

Abstract:In field experiment,four methods were conducted to estimate the parasitic fitness of Phytophthora infestans(Montagne)de Bary.The results showed that methods more suitable to this pathogen were area under the disease progress curve and disease population r for their operating easily and giving reasonable result.Among isolates,it was found that pathogencity of C5 and C19 was generally higher than that of C6.As to cultivars,the resistance of Bashu No.10 and Yidunqing to P.infestans(Montagne)de Bary was found to be the highest,and that of Wuhua and Bashu No.9 was lower than that of the former.The resistance of Favorita was the lowest.Also,some related problems in the estimation were discussed.$$$$
