摘    要:通过液培试验和室内分析相结合的方法研究了丙二酸和邻苯二甲酸对大豆种子萌发和生长发育的影响。结果表明 ,与对照相比 ,丙二酸和邻苯二甲酸显著地抑制了大豆种子的萌发 ,而且随着浓度的增加 ,抑制作用加强 ;丙二酸和邻苯二甲酸抑制了大豆的生长 ,降低了大豆的根系活力 ,使株高、干物质重和根系活跃吸收面积下降 ;丙二酸和邻苯二甲酸增加了大豆叶片相对电导率 ,使生物膜结构遭到破坏 ,从而使大豆植株抵抗逆境胁迫的能力降低

Allelopathy of 1,2-benzennedicarboxylic acid and malonic acid on soybean growth
Abstract:Effect of malonic acid and 1,2_Benzennedicarboxylic acid on the seeds germination and growth of soybean were investigated by solution_culture experiments and chemical analysis in indoors.The results showed that malonic acid and 1,2_Benzennedicarboxylic acid inhibited the seeds germination of soybean significantly compared with CK and the inhibition enhanced with the concentration increased;Malonic acid and 1,2_Benzennedicarboxylic acid inhibited the soybean growth which embody in dropping of the roots activities,height,dry matters and roots active uptake area;At the same time,Malonic acid and 1,2_Benzennedicarboxylic acid made the structrue of biomembrane destroied,thus made the ability of soybean plants to resisting force of adversity decreased which embodied in increasing relative electric conductivity of the leaves.
