福建省肉兔体内猪瘟抗体水平的检测

以猪瘟正向间接血凝法对福建省内11个兔场、32群肉兔进行猪瘟抗体水平检测,检测肉免3321只,待检血清541份。结果表明:群体中半数以上待检血清抗体效价达到1∶4的群体有13个,占总群体数的40.6%;群体中半数以上待检血清抗体效价达到1∶8的群体有4个,占总群体数的12.5%;而抗体效价达到1:8的待检血清有62份,占总待检血清数的11.5%。其中有3个群体的部分待检兔血清猪瘟抗体效价达到1∶16和1∶32。表明本地区部分肉兔在饲养过程中,确实感染过HDV。

The Detection of Hog Cholera Antibody from Meat Rabbit in Fujian

Hog cholera antibodies from meat rabbits were detected by hog cholera indirect hemagglutination assay. These meat rabbits were 32 groups and came from 11 rabbit farms in Fujian. The total number of meat rabbits was 3321 and the number of detected blood serums was 541.The results showed: First,there are 13 groups which the antibody titer of more than 501% detected blood serums in each group arrived at 1:4. Their groups number was 40.6% of the total. Second, there are 4 groups which the antibody titer of more than 50% detected blood serums in each group arrived at 1:8. Their groups number was 12.5% of the total. Third,the number of detected blood serums that the antibody titer arrived at 1:8 was 62.Their number was 11.5% of the total. In addition, The antibody titer which came from the part meat rabbits of 3 groups arrived at 1:16 or 1:32.
