粗毛纤孔菌的菌丝培养特性

摘    要:对粗毛纤孔菌生物学特性的研究表明:粗毛纤孔菌菌丝生长可利用多种碳源和氮源,在以蔗糖为碳源、谷氨酸为氮源的培养基中生长最佳;适宜pH值为8~8.5;适宜生长温度为20~25℃;在黑暗条件下生长更好;最适宜培养基为PDA培养基。在25℃、PDA培养基上,粗毛纤孔菌10d便可在直径为9cm的培养皿上长满。

Abstract:The biological characteristic of Inonotus hispidus was studied.The results showed that several carbon and nitrogen sources were appropriate to its mycelia growth,the best carbon source is sucrose and the carbon source is glutamic acid;the pH appropriate to its mycelia growth is 8~8.5;the temperatures appropriate to its mycelia growth is 20~25 ℃;the best illumination condition is entire darkness;the best culture medium is PDA.The mycelium of Inonotus hispidus can grow to full dish in the 9 cm diameter after 10 days in the condition of 25 ℃ on PDA.
