摘    要:以大叶黄杨为试材,研究了不同栽培环境条件对大叶黄杨净光合速率(Pn)、细胞间隙CO_2浓度(Ci)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)的影响。结果表明:大叶黄杨净光合速率全天中阳面栽培的极显著高于阴面栽培的,其中阴面在上午8:08左右达到全天净光合速率的最高峰,而阳面栽培的在下午13:08达到全天最高峰;细胞间隙CO_2浓度,阴面栽培的比阳面栽培的普遍高;气孔导度日变化,阴面栽培的出现的峰值比阳面的时间要早,阴面的分别在上午8:08和下午13:08,而阳面的分别在中午12:08和下午15:08;蒸腾速率日变化阳面栽培的为双峰曲线,阴面的为单峰曲线。

Abstract:In this experiment,the materials were Euonymus japonicus Thunb.The effect of different cultivation environmental condition on net photosynthetic rate(Pn ),concentration of internal leaf CO>(Ci ),stomatal conductance(Gs ) and transpiration rate(Tr ) were studied.The results indicated net photosynthetic rate of sun-acclimated Euonymus japonicus was significantly higher than that of shady-acclimated throughout the day,and shady-acclimated Euonymus japonicus increased continuously to a peak on 8:08 in the morni...
