阿维链霉菌双组分信号系统的生物信息学分析

摘    要:应用多种生物信息学方法,如序列比对、多序列比对、系统进化树分析、二级结构预测等,对阿维链霉菌中双组分信号系统蛋白进行鉴定分析。结果表明:阿维链霉菌中存在61个组氨酸蛋白激酶,其中30个组氨酸蛋白激酶包含了全部的保守传递器结构域。阿维链霉菌中也存在69个应答调控蛋白,主要分布在3种主要的应答调控蛋白家族中。与天蓝色链霉菌和其他微生物中双组分信号系统进行比较和对功能结构域进行分析,表明:在这些蛋白所组成48个双组分信号系统中,多个双信号调控系统与阿维链霉菌中环境刺激反应和调控相关。

Abstract:In this paper,two-component system in Streptomyces avermitilis had been analysed by several bioinformatics methods,such as sequence contrast,multi-sequences contrast,phylogenetic tree,HMM etc,to character a systematic classification of two-component signaling system and their function in Streptomyces avermitilis.The result showed that 61 histidine kinases were found in the genome and 30 histidine kinases contained total conserved transmitter domain.Sixty-nine response regulators were also found in the genome and classified into three response regulator families.In 48 pairs of two-component signaling system,result showed that severalpairs of two-component signaling system were confirmed related with environmental stimulate and development.
