四川晾晒烟品种的光合特性分析

摘    要:比较了露地栽培的24个四川晾晒烟材料在净光合速率、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度、气孔导度、基于叶温的蒸汽压亏缺上的光合特性指标差异。结果表明:在四川晾晒烟品种间,各项光合特性指标下都有差异极显著的个体,多数品种的光合特性指标值属于中间类型。经聚类分析可将它们的光合特性分为:①净光合速率低、蒸气压亏缺大的类型;②气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度和蒸腾速率大的类型;③净光合速率居于高、蒸气压亏缺低的类型。参试品种中大多数被冠以"柳烟"或"柳叶"的品种属于光合速率高的类别,而大多数被冠以"毛烟"的品种属于光合速率低的类别。

Abstract:To learn about the differences in photosynthetic characters among Sichuan sun-cured tobacco cultivars,five photosynthetic parameters of twenty four sun-cured tobacco cultivars cultured in open-field were determined and compared.The results showed that there were significant differences(P<0.01) in net photosynthesis rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci) and vapor pressure deficit of leaf(Vpdl) among the tested cultivars.All of the twenty-four sun-cured t...
