杉木种子园丰产的生理生化性状相关研究

摘    要:本文以杉木一代种子园不同无性系为试验材料,分析优良种子和涩粒种子中蛋百质、淀粉、可溶性糖、游离氨基酸、游离有机酸、单宁、激素,以及二十个无性系植株的枝、叶中的多酚氧化酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、脱氢酶的活性、pH值、蒸腾强度、单宁、灰分、镁、钙、铁、硼、铜、锌等含量与种子产量质量的相关关系,揭示杉木种子败育的生理性状差异,认为可以通过调节微量元素含量、pH值、激素水平改变酶活性,调整代谢方向,从而提高种子园种子产量和质量。

Abstract:This paper, taking the different asexualities of Chinese fir seed-gardens as the subject, analyses the protein, anylum, solublity, carbohydrate,free aminoacid, free organic acid, tannic and hormone of both fine seeds and sterile seeds, and it analyses the correlations between the seed output and quality and the activities of polyphoneloxidase, catalase, peroxidase dehydrogenationase,pH value,intensity of transpiration, tannic, ash content, content of magnesium, calcium, iron, porom, copper, and zinc in the twenty asexual plants' branches and leaves, with the conclution being that the seed output and quality of seed garden can be improved by regulating the content of trace elements, pH value, hormone, and changing enzyme activities and adjusting metabolite.
