| 摘 要： | 分析西藏林芝地区近40年以来气候变化趋势,结果表明,西藏林芝地区的气温呈逐渐变暖、降水量逐年增多的趋势.进一步分析了造成气候变化的主要因素为森林资源消退、旅游人数剧增、全球温室效应等,提出控制温室气体的排放,加大植树造林和封山育林力度等建议.

| Abstract: | The analysis on the trend of climate change within 40 years indicates that the temperature in Linzhi prefecture is gradually becoming warmer and warmer;the precipitation is increasing more and more.Furthermore,the main reasons for climate change are because of forest resources degradation,tremendous increase of the tourist number,greenhouse effect and so on.Then the paper suggests controlling the releasing of greenhouse gases,strengthening afforestation and enclosure of the hillside for regeneration. |
