| 摘 要： | 主要介绍了1BMQ型水田埋茬起浆整地机的主要参数、总体设计、主要部件工作原理和结构特点,以及该机田间试验结果。该机采用弧形弯刀、多棱形耙辊、半封闭曲线挡土板、流线型空心平地板及自调压装置,其原理新颖、传动可靠、使用调整方面,可一次性完成水田地的耕翻、埋茬、碎土、起浆、平地等多道工序,作业效果满足农艺要求。 |

| Abstract: | The main technology parameters, total design, working principle and structural characteristics of key components, and test results on 1BMQ tilth machine of paddy burying stubble slurrying are introduced in this paper. Whole machine profile modeling of arc-shaped blades, polygon rake, half seal curve fender, streamlined and hollow flat ground plank and voltage regulator devices are applied in the machine, thus its working principle is new and original, driving is reliable using and adjusting are convenient. It has principles novel, drive reliable, and regulator convenient. It can complete many processes of paddy for the plough, bury, the crushed soil, the slurry etc. the work preface of many ways, homework result to satisfy the agriculture request. |
