截形叶螨雄螨阳具的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:本文对截形叶螨(Tetranychus,trancatus Ehara)雄螨阳具在扫描电子显微镜下的细微形态进行了较为详细的描述。通过观察我们发现,截形叶螨雄螨阳具端锤顶部呈椭圆形,射精孔位于靠远侧突1/3处,射精孔四周向内凹陷,从侧面观察这个位置便是一浅凹陷,这与光镜下观察阳具侧面看到的“靠远侧突起1/3处有一浅凹”相一致。在1万倍下观察,阳具表面光滑,没有细小的纹饰或点刻,但有大的脊起。

Abstract:The article described the delicate morphology of the aedeagus of Tetranychus truncatus Ehara with the help of a seaning electronic microscope. The observation showed that the terminal knob of the aedeagus appears to be egg-shaped. the ejaculatory aperture is situated 1/3 from the far Iateral tuborcle; the structure around the ejaculatory aperture is depressed, it meets "It is sunken 1/3 from the far lateral tubercle" which is a lateral view done by the help of a mieroscope. The observation under 1/10000 showed that the external surface of aedeagus smooth without any tubercle or papilla but a huge ridge.
