芸苔素内酯对油茶光合作用及果实性状的影响

摘    要:为提高油茶产量和改善茶油品质,以湘林系列高产油茶为试验材料,采用单因素随机区组试验设计,研究0.04,0.06,0.08,0.10 mg/L浓度的芸苔素内酯对油茶光合作用及果实性状的影响。结果表明:喷施芸苔素内酯初期,处理组均可提高油茶光合速率,以喷施浓度为0.04 mg/L效果最佳,正午时光合速率值最大,相比于对照提高52.63%,同时,在此浓度处理下,可显著提高各类叶绿素含量,相比于对照各类叶绿素均提高30%以上;处理组可显著影响油茶种仁的出油率,在喷施初期和喷施1个月后,以喷施浓度为0.08 mg/L效果最好,种仁出油率相比于对照分别提高15.19%和54.82%;喷施芸苔素内酯可以显著影响茶油的脂肪酸组分,在喷施初期和喷施1个月后,以喷施浓度为0.08 mg/L效果最佳,油酸含量相比于对照分别提高4.74%和7.04%;处理组对油茶的最终产量均有所提高,在0.08 mg/L芸苔素内酯的处理下,油茶最终产量显著高于对照。综上所述,建议在油脂转化期喷施0.08 mg/L的芸苔素内酯,以获得最大效益。

Effects of Brassinolides (BRs) on Photosynthesis and Fruit Characters of Camellia oleifera in the Oil Conversion Period
Abstract:In order to improve the output an d oil quality of C. oleifera,to seek the suitable concentration of brassinolides ( BRs) ,with Xiang?Lin high?yield choiceness clones as the test material,and by using the single factor randomized block design,the effects of 0.04,0.06,0.08,0.10 mg/L BRs on photosynthesis and fruit characters of C. oleifera were studied.The results showed that in the initial stage of BRs spraying,all the treat?ment groups could increase the average daily photosynthetic rate and the best concentration was 0.04 mg/L.The highest photosynthetic rate value was tested at high noon,which increased by 52.63%compared with that of the control one.At the same time,the content of all kinds of chlorophyll could also be significantly improved under the concentration, which increased by more than 30% compared with that of the control one. All treatment groups could significantly affect the oil yielding efficiency of C. oleifera seeds.At the beginning of BRs spraying and a monty after the spraying,the best concentration was the same-0.08 mg/L,and the oil yielding efficiency of C. oleifera seeds increased by 15.19% and 54.82%,respectively,compared with that of the control one.Be?sides,the spraying had made significant impact on the fatty acid composition of C. oleifera. At the beginning of BRs spraying and a month after the spraying,the best concentration was also the same-0.08 mg/L,and the o?leic acid content increased by 4.74% and 7.04%,respectively,compared with that of the control one.Anyway, all the test groups could increase the final yield, especially, when the BRs spraying concentration was 0.08 mg/L,the final yield was significantly higher than that of the control one.From what had been discussed above,it is recommended to spray BRs at the concentration of 0.08 mg/L in the oil conversion period so as to achieve the maximum benefit.
