斜带髭鲷和紫红笛鲷早期发育阶段游泳能力的研究

摘    要:研究斜带髭鲷和紫红笛鲷在早期发育过程中游泳能力,以及盐度、光照、昼夜时间、饥饿和再投喂对游泳能力的影响,旨在为优化其苗种培育工艺提供技术支撑。结果显示,斜带髭鲷游泳能力指数为:1 cm:48.60;2 cm:122.40;3 cm:242.40;4 cm:397.20。最大巡游速度出现在25~35的盐度区间,盐度越高,影响越显著;不同体长组紫红笛鲷幼鱼的游泳能力指数分别为:1 cm:111.90;2 cm:258.00;3 cm:285.00;4 cm:318.00;且随着游泳时间延长,巡游速度线形下降。在15~35的盐度范围内,紫红笛鲷巡游速度最大,且随着生长,盐度越低对巡游速度的影响越显著;在0~2 460 lx的光照范围中,1,2,3 cm规格的斜带髭鲷巡游速度随着光照度的增加而增加;最大巡游速度出现在清晨,最低巡游速度出现在午夜,且差异显著;而光照对巡游速度的影响随紫红笛鲷生长而减弱;紫红笛鲷的最大巡游速度出现在清晨,其次为傍晚,最低巡游速度出现在午夜。2种鱼在饥饿的前2 d里巡游速度相对对照组有所上升,但随即下降明显。再投喂组的巡游速度随补偿生长的出现相对对照组略有上升。

Studies on the Swimming Abilities of Hapaologenys nitens and Lutianus argentimaculatus in Early Development Stages
Abstract:Swimming ability in early developmental stages of Hapaologenys nitens and Lutianus argenti?maculatus,and effects of salinity,illumination,diurnal variation,starvation and refeeding on their swimming a?bilities were investigated taking aim at providing technical support for fry production.The results showed that the swimming ability indexes in 4 groups of H.nitens were estimated at 1 cm:48.60,2 cm:122.40,3 cm:242.40 and 4 cm:397.20,respectively,with the maximum cruising speed of H. nitens when the salinity ranged from 25~35,and the influence of high salinities turned out to be more distinctly;the swimming ability indexes in 4 groups of L. argentimaculatus were estimated at 1 cm:111.90,2 cm:258.00,3 cm:285.00,4 cm:318.00,respectively and the swimming speed decreased linearly with the prolongation of sustained swimming time. The maximum cruising speed of L. argentimaculatus was observed when the salinity ranged from 15~35,and the influence of low salinity turned out to be more significant as the fish grew.Under the illumination range of 0~2 460 lx,the cruising speed of 1,2,3 cm body length groups of H. nitens increased with the light intensity increasing;the maximum cruising speed occurred at early morning and the minimum value occurred at midnight with signifi?cant difference.The influence of illumination decreased with the growth of L. argentimaculatus;the maximum cruising speed occurred in early morning,followed by evening,and the minimum values occurred at midnight. The cruising speed of the starvation groups of two species increased in the first two days but decreased signifi?cantly afterwards, and those in the refeeding group increased slightly with the occurence of compensatory growth.
