山西省雁门关地区牛传染性鼻气管炎感染情况与相关因素的调查

为了解雁门关地区牛传染性鼻气管炎的感染及危害情况,科学制定适合黄土高原牛传染性鼻气管炎的防控措施,本试验对该病进行了流行病学调查。采用ELISA试验,对雁门关地区牛血清样本665份进行血清抗体检测,共检出阳性血清330份,可疑血清55份。经过对阳性牛的分析,结果发现,病例多发生在荷斯坦牛及舍饲、卫生条件一般、未经过引种检疫的山区、居民区养殖的牛中。

Investigation of Infection and Related Factors of Infectious Bovine Rhinotracheitis of Yanmenguan in Shanxi Province

In order to understand the infection and hazard of infectious bovine rhinotracheitis of Yanmenguan, and formulate the prevention and control procedures scientifically which suit to infectious bovine rhinotracheitis of Loess Plateau.The experiment was conducted by epidemiological investigation. The ELISA test was used for the investigation,and the 665 bovine serum samples in yanmenguan region was tested, it was found that 330 cattle were positive, 55 suspicious.After the positive cattle analysised,it was found that more cases were Holstein cattle which feeded health conditions in general,lived in the mountains without introduction quarantine cattle or residential areas.
