摘    要:湘椒12号是由湖南省地方品种中选出的自交系L6与R21配制而成的鲜食和加工兼用型辣椒一代杂种。该品种植株生长势强,果实微辣,粗牛角形,果色深绿,风味佳,商品性好,VC含量为141.87mg/100g鲜重。经盐渍加工后不易脱蒂,商品成品率比一般辣椒高20%以上,保存期延长15~20天。每667m2可产鲜椒3500kg,田间表现抗白绢病、疮痂病和炭疽病。

Abstract:Xiangjiao No. 12’is a hybrid bred for fresh market and processing. Its plants grow vi gorously with wide adaptation. The variety was resistant to bacterial spot,anthracnose. The yield was about 52.5t/ha. The calyx was not easy to fall off during processing and this gave a high product percentage.
