云南低纬高原不同生态环境与小麦品质关系的初步研究

摘    要:以云南省大面积推广品种为材料,通过对三个不同生态试点,水、旱地栽培条件下小麦品质变化的分析,初步研究了低纬高原立体气候生态条件与小麦品质的关系。结果表明,蛋白质和湿面筋含量受生态环境与栽培条件的影响;出粉率同时受生态环境和品种遗传的影响;沉淀值主要受品种遗传特性的控制;面团流变学特性主要由品种遗传特性所决定,但也受生态环境、栽培方式、生态环境与栽培方式互作的影响。

Abstract:The trial was carried out in Yunnan plateau,selected varieties with large area as material, planted in three ecological environments and treated by two cultivating ways. After the analysis on wheat quality, the results showed that protein content and wet gluten content were affected by interaction between environment and cultivation. Milling yield was decided by environment and genetic factor of variety at the same time, and sedimentation was controlled by genetic factor. Rheological properties were affected mostly by genetic, but also by environment, cultivation, and their interaction.
